Weyvox — your business phone line with an AI on it
It answers your customers when you cannot, and turns the call into an order at your prices. Setting it up is one paste: drop a link to your website into the chat and the agent fills in your profile, price list and opening hours itself. No fixed plan for the app or the agent — you pay for what you use. Two subscriptions are yours to choose: a phone number and each extra team member (€10 a month). Your data is stored in Europe.
No access to your data, and it cannot place calls from here. This chat is not stored; replies are AI-generated.
Built for the business where the owner answers the phone
Sole traders and small businesses: one to ten people, and every call goes to the person who is also doing the work. No setup fee, no onboarding call, no demo and no sales rep — you download the app from the store and you are working the same day.
The problem
The phone rings while your hands are busy — with a client, under a car, at the wheel. The call goes unanswered, and most people who cannot get through simply call the next name. After hours, the orders, the confirmations and the invoices are still waiting for you.
Who it is for
A driver, a hairdresser, a vet, a plumber, a small shop, a café, a tutor, a travel agent — anyone whose customers come in by phone and who has no receptionist. Sixteen ready-made business profiles, so the app speaks your trade from day one.
What changes
Your line answers even when you cannot: the agent takes the order at your prices, agrees a time from your free windows, confirms it by SMS and writes the invoice. You are never shut out of your own line — the phone rings you first and the agent steps in only if you do not answer, and one tap on a live call hands it over or takes it back. Your team works on the same line.
Sixteen business types, ready in the app
Pick yours during first run. Orders get the stages and fields of your trade, the agent gets a draft profile and price list — and if yours is not listed, choose «Other» and the agent interviews you. Then paste a link to your website — or your social page, or a photo of your price list — into the chat: the agent reads it and fills in the profile, the prices and the opening hours itself. You read it over and confirm. Nothing to type in, no forms to fill.
Transport
Takes the pickup: where from, where to, when, passengers or flight. Stages: accepted → picked up → delivered.
Restaurant, café
Books a table or takes a delivery order from your menu, confirms the time by SMS.
Shop
Takes orders for your goods, promises a ready-by time, keeps the customer card.
Hair salon, barber
Books appointments only into free windows; stages: booked → arrived → done.
Nails, beautician
Books the treatment, remembers the regular, sends the reminder.
Vet clinic
Records the pet — name, species, age — and books the visit.
Doctor, dentist
Books the patient, asks what the complaint is, notes the insurance.
Car service
Takes the car in: model, plate, mileage; tells the customer when it is ready.
Construction, repair
Takes the job: type of work, area, address; agrees a start date.
Device repair
Notes the device and the fault, quotes from your price list, sets a ready-by time.
Cleaning
Takes the address and the area, books a time, sends the confirmation.
Concierge
Takes the request — when, where, how many guests — and keeps it on the order.
Hotel, rentals
Books the stay: check-in, check-out, guests, room type.
Courses, tutoring
Enrols the student, notes the level and the course, books the lesson.
Real estate
Books the viewing, records the budget and whether it is a sale or a rental.
Travel, tours
Takes the enquiry: destination, dates, travellers; holds the booking and confirms it.
The agent and its tools: the work, not just the answers
One promise first: your line answers, and the call becomes an order — at your prices, in a window that is genuinely free, confirmed to the customer by SMS. Everything below comes with that, not instead of it: Business management with your profile, prices, customers, orders and paperwork, a real work number — bought here or the one you already have — and a team on the same line. And it starts from a link, not a project: no setup fee, no onboarding call, no demo and no sales rep to sit through.
It answers your line
Switch on auto-answer and the agent picks up when you have not — you set the delay, and your phone still rings you first. It answers on our servers, so a customer is answered even when your phone is locked, flat or offline.
It knows who is calling — and takes the order
Before the first word it matches the number against your customers and greets a regular by name. What they agree to becomes an order in your trade’s own words — "booked, arrived, done" in a salon, "accepted, picked up, delivered" for a courier. Beside it your numbers, and a report every Monday.
It speaks and calls as your business
Paste a link to your website or a photo of your price list into the chat: the agent writes your profile, prices and hours itself, and you only confirm. Prices come from that list, never from thin air. In the same voice it calls out for you — 32 languages, always saying it is an AI.
Your calendar, so nothing is booked twice
Connect Google Calendar or your phone’s own calendar and the agent stops offering a time you are already busy — while an order it takes turns up there as an event. We see the busy hours only, never the titles of your events.
Your documents, written and kept
Ask for an invoice, act or contract and a finished PDF lands in the chat, with your details, signature and unbroken numbering. Papers you upload are remembered, expiry dates included. Your figures come back as a file: a chart, a spreadsheet, a presentation.
It works in the background
Give it a job that takes more than one step — by voice or by text. It plans, searches the web, calls if you let it, and comes back with a checked result and a work journal you can read line by line, so you see what it did and why.
You choose the chat's brain, it learns your habits
The chat runs on Anthropic’s Claude models and you pick the model, even mid-conversation; calls always run on the fastest one, because on a live line a pause is felt more than depth of thought. It remembers your habits, and writes a note after every call.
A real work number — or your own
Buy a number in the app and you have a separate work line on the phone you already carry — no second SIM. Or connect the one already on your cards. Call anywhere in the world from it, and the agent confirms what was agreed to your customers by SMS.
A team on the same line
Add your people: each signs in with an access code, no registration, and sees only their own orders — one "next stage" button. You decide who sees prices and who uses the agent. €10 a month each, and the account itself stays behind a PIN and Face ID.
FAQ: Weyvox, in short
See all questions →What is Weyvox?
Weyvox is the phone line of a small business with an AI agent on it, in one app for iPhone and Android. The agent answers your customers when you cannot — takes the order at your prices, agrees a time from your free windows, confirms it by SMS and writes the invoice — and calls out for you when a job needs a call. Around it sits Business management: your profile and price list, customers, orders in the words of your trade, documents, analytics and your team of executors. The line is a number you buy in the app or the one you already have. Personal chats with clients and people, by phone number, are free.
Can the agent answer calls from my customers?
Yes. Switch on auto-answer and the agent picks up an incoming call if you haven't answered within 10, 20, 30 or 40 seconds — you pick the delay — you always get first refusal, because the phone rings normally first. It answers on our servers rather than on your phone, so a customer is answered even when your phone is locked, out of battery or offline. It hears them out, helps, agrees a time from your free windows or takes a message, sends the customer an SMS confirmation if they want one, and you get a note afterwards.
Does the AI really talk on the phone?
Yes. The agent calls regular phone numbers, speaks in a natural voice, and completes the task — checking terms, chasing a supplier, confirming appointments, following up an unpaid invoice. It gets through automated menus and waits on hold, and you get a summary and notes after the call.
Can it write invoices and documents?
Yes. Ask in the chat and the agent builds a real PDF — an invoice, an act, a certificate, a report or a one-off contract — and hands it to you right in the conversation. Your templates hold your own details, bank details, a signature you draw with your finger and a stamp, and the app counts your invoice numbers itself so the series never breaks. The document is built on your phone, so it is free and works with no connection.
What languages does the agent speak?
Thirty-two — among them English, French, German, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, Dutch, Polish, Turkish, Arabic, Hindi and Ukrainian. The agent picks the language of each call itself, going by who it is calling — an explicit instruction from you takes priority — and speaks it from the first second.
How much does Weyvox cost?
The app is free and there is no fixed plan for the app or the agent — you pay for what you use. The agent's work and calls to phone numbers are billed from a balance you top up in the app, by actual use: a minute of the agent on a call is the line rate for the country plus the agent's work (about €0.30), and an SMS to a customer is about €0.15 per segment. Two subscriptions are yours to choose, and both are optional: a Weyvox phone number (a monthly fee that depends on the country and the number, shown before you buy; the first month is included in the purchase) and each executor on your team (€10 a month, from your balance). Storage above the free 5 GB is metered at €0.10 per GB a month. Connecting the number you already have is a one-time €5. Every new user gets a €5 welcome credit on sign-up, so you can try the agent right away, and your first Weyvox number comes with an extra €5 off.
Can my staff use it too?
Yes. In Business → Team you add executors, up to ten. An executor does not register: you give them an eight-character access code, they enter it on the sign-in screen under "I have an executor code", and they are in. They see only the orders you assign to them and move each one on with a single "next stage" button in the words of your trade; they chat with the agent within those orders; to call a customer they use the phone's own dialler — calls from the business line are not available to executors yet. You decide whether they see prices, mark payments or use the agent. Each executor costs €10 a month from your balance, and their agent use is listed under their name.
