Block or unblock your phone number
This page is for people who are not Weyvox users. If a Weyvox user has your number and you do not want the service to use it — no calls, no SMS — you can block it here — instantly, after confirming by SMS or phone call that the number is yours. The block can be lifted on this same page at any time.
What blocking does: the number cannot register a Weyvox account; calls to it and from it through Weyvox are blocked, including calls placed by AI agents; no user's agent can send it an SMS; and it is removed from the server-side copy of the contacts of any user who gave the AI agent access to their address book.
The «+» is already in place — enter the country code and number, digits only, e.g. +33612345678.
We keep these details only for our own records — so we know who asked to block or unblock this number. They do not affect the block itself.
This number has an active Weyvox account.
To block the number, first delete your account in the app: Settings → Account → Delete account. Once the account is deleted, come back to this page and block the number.
What this does not do
- It does not delete your number from other people's phones — their own devices are theirs.
- It does not delete the content of conversations and call notes that already took place in users' accounts.
- It does not act retroactively on records created earlier.
- It does not block ordinary phone calls outside Weyvox — only calls made through Weyvox.
