AI coordinator for small business
Leo is the agent who is always on. At registration he finds out what brought you and picks the agents your problem needs; then he keeps your business profile, remembers what matters and reminds you on time, searches the web, hands work to his colleagues — and runs your goals within a spending limit. ≈ 60 credits per everyday task in the chat on average, with plans from €25 a month excl. VAT.

Builds your team and shares out the work
Leo picks the agents for your problem, passes each job to the one responsible and knows how your team members are doing.
At registration Leo asks what takes most of your time or money, tells you in a word or two what each agent would do about it, and you choose the team with checkmarks.
He passes work to the colleague responsible — calls to Cindy, documents to Marc, posts to Alice — and brings the results together. Every hand-off is visible in the chat.
Ask Leo how someone on your team is doing: he shows their orders, actions and calls of the last 7 days and suggests rights for their role — nothing changes until you tap “Apply”.

Drives results, not just answers
Set a goal: Leo plans the steps, gives them to his colleagues and checks each one within the spending limit you agreed. Goals are on the Business and Professional plans.
A goal is a contract: a metric (money owed to you, missed calls, orders, revenue, average order value, new customers), a deadline, the allowed actions and a spending limit. Nothing starts until you tap “Accept the goal”.
Colleagues do the steps; Leo accepts each one or sends it back for rework, and reports every week. The goal page shows the metric and the credits spent, and every paid step is reserved against the limit before it starts.
A job with several steps runs as a task while you do something else, with progress in the chat.

Knows your business — and you
Leo keeps the business profile, what matters about you, reminders and the calendar, and the whole team uses them.
What the agents know about your business: hours, terms, answers to frequent questions. Give him your website, and he saves what it states — never an invented fact.
He remembers what matters about you — people, preferences, agreements — and keeps his memory tidy by himself when “Autonomy” is on (Business and Professional plans). You can review and delete every fact.
Ask Leo to remind you of something: at the time you named, it arrives as a notification and a message in the system chat.
Connect Google Calendar or your phone calendar on his Calendar screen, so the agents never offer customers a busy time.
He searches the internet, reads the photos, files and voice messages you send, explains, translates and helps with a letter or a quick calculation.

Included in every plan
Leo is included in every Weyvox plan, from €25 a month excl. VAT, together with the rest of the team. The plan’s monthly credits pay only for the work done, and an agent you switch off costs nothing.
Leo’s work is charged by the amount of text the agent processes, at the token rates, and a web search has its own small price. Goals come with the Business and Professional plans.

What is an AI coordinator?
An AI agent that organises the work of the others. In Weyvox, Leo picks the agents your problem needs at registration, passes each request to the colleague responsible, brings the results together and runs your goals. He also keeps your business profile, your memory and your reminders.
Do I need all four agents?
No. At registration Leo asks what brought you and suggests only the agents your problem needs; the others are switched off and cost nothing. Any agent can be switched on later in Settings — or just for one task, from a card in the chat.
What is a goal in Weyvox?
A result you want — fewer missed calls, collecting what customers owe — with a metric measured by Weyvox, a deadline, the actions you allow and a spending limit. Leo plans, his colleagues do the steps, Leo checks each one and reports every week. Goals are on the Business and Professional plans.
Can Leo help with things outside the business?
Yes, everyday ones: he searches the web, explains a document or a term, translates, helps with a personal letter or a quick calculation, and remembers the people and preferences that matter to you.
Can Leo be switched off?
No. Leo is the base agent and always on; the other three can be switched off on their pages.
How much does it cost?
Leo is included in every plan. His work is charged by the amount of text processed, and a web search has its own price, from the plan’s monthly credits and then from extra credits, with an active subscription. The prices are in the Price section of this page.
Will the agents act without asking me?
Only if you let them: on the Business and Professional plans each agent’s Autonomy switch decides it, and on Start every agent asks before each action. A goal starts only when you tap Accept the goal, and only the actions on its card are allowed.
Leo’s team
Each agent is a full product on its own; Leo is the one who connects them. They share one business profile, one price list and one list of customers.
At registration Leo asks what brought you to Weyvox and suggests only the agents your problem needs. You choose the team yourself, and any agent can be switched on later in Settings. How registration works
