Pricing: you pay for what you use — plus two subscriptions you choose

How billing works

• Prepaid balance. You top up in the app through the App Store or Google Play: the amount you choose is exactly what lands on your balance, in euros. The App Store purchase price depends on your country and is shown on the payment sheet before you confirm. Paid features draw from that balance as you use them.
• Pay per use, plus two subscriptions. Neither the app nor the agent is sold by the month — you pay per use, at the rates on this page. Two subscriptions are yours to choose, and storage is metered alongside them: a Weyvox phone number (a monthly fee that depends on the country — shown in the app before you buy; the first month is included in the purchase), each executor seat (€10/month, charged to the administrator's balance at the executor's first sign-in and monthly after), and storage above the free 5 GB (€0.10/GB). Nothing is billed for having the app installed, or for a month in which the agent did nothing.
• Zero balance? Personal chats keep working; paid actions pause until you top up. The number and executor seats follow their grace rules: 30 + 30 days for the number, 7 days and then read-only for a seat.
• Full transparency. Every charge is itemised in Settings → Balance & usage; current prices are always in Settings → Account → Tariffs.
• Refunds follow App Store and Google Play rules; funds already spent on services are non-refundable.

AI agent Weyvox

The agent runs on the Claude model you pick in the app. You pay for the model's work per million tokens: tokens are pieces of text (roughly 3–4 characters each), billed for what the model reads (input) and writes (output). A long conversation in one chat costs less: context the model has already seen is served from cache at a lower rate. A voice message in chat is included in the price of the reply.

Up to 10 executors; the executor's agent and call usage is billed to the administrator and shown with the executor's name.

Memory & storage. Only real media files count — photos, video, audio, files and your own chat wallpapers; message text and links don't. Only full gigabytes above the free 5 GB are charged, once a month. Delete media at any time to free space instantly.
