About Weyvox

Last updated: 7 September 2026

Weyvox is the phone line of your business with an AI on it: it answers your customers, takes the order at your prices and writes the invoice. This page is about the people and the principles behind it — who builds Weyvox, the problem it exists to solve, who it is for, and how we treat your data. For what the product does in detail, see the documentation.

Who we are

Weyvox is an independent AI company of a new kind. The product is created and developed by one person — the founder — together with autonomous AI agents that take on the daily routine of development and support. The same technology that works inside the app also builds Weyvox itself.

What Weyvox is

Weyvox is the phone line of your business with an AI agent on it, in one app for iPhone and Android — the iPhone app is on the App Store now, the Android app is in development with release planned for 1 October 2026. The line is a number you buy in the app or the one already printed on your cards, connected by forwarding. The agent is not sold by the month: you pay for the minutes and the calls you actually use, out of a balance you top up yourself, and the two subscriptions that do exist — a phone number and each team member — are yours to choose. Your data lives on servers in the European Union.

The problem we solve

In a small business the phone rings while your hands are busy — with a client, under a car, at the wheel, in the middle of service. The call goes unanswered, and most people who cannot get through simply ring the next name on the list: a missed call is a lost customer, and you never even learn which ones they were. After hours it does not stop either. The order still has to be written down, the appointment confirmed, the invoice made out — and all of it waits for the one person who can do it, the same person who spent the day doing the work.

Weyvox takes that off your shoulders. Not by answering questions about it, but by doing it: the agent answers your line when you cannot, and it answers as your business — from your working hours, your terms and your own price list, never from a number it invented. It offers only the times that are actually free, and what the caller agrees to becomes an order in the words of your trade, confirmed to them by SMS. Around that it writes the invoice with your own details on it, keeps your customers, orders and paperwork current in Business management, and remembers how you work so you never explain it twice. When you are not working alone, your executors sign in with an access code and work the orders you assign them, while the account, the line, the balance and the settings stay with you.

Who it is for

Sole traders and small businesses — one to ten people, where the person doing the work is also the person answering the phone. A driver, a hairdresser, a vet, a builder, a small shop, a café, a tutor, a travel agent: anyone whose customers arrive by phone and who has nobody sitting at a reception desk.

You pick your business type on the first run, and it is not just a label. It hands the agent a draft profile to start from — a description of what you do, a price-list skeleton, the answers to the questions customers always ask, and the line between what the agent may promise by itself and what it leaves to you. It also renames the working parts of the app in the words of your trade: orders take your stages (a courier's "accepted, picked up, delivered", a salon's "booked, arrived, done") and your names for the standard fields ("pickup time", "check-in" or "appointment time" instead of a generic "start"), plus up to three fields of your own — car, plate and mileage in a garage; the pet's name, species and age at a vet. You can change the type at any time in Business → Business information → Business type.

Transport

Takes the pickup: where from, where to, when, passengers or flight. Stages: accepted → picked up → delivered.

Restaurant, café

Books a table or takes a delivery order from your menu, confirms the time by SMS.

Shop

Takes orders for your goods, promises a ready-by time, keeps the customer card.

Hair salon, barber

Books appointments only into free windows; stages: booked → arrived → done.

Nails, beautician

Books the treatment, remembers the regular, sends the reminder.

Vet clinic

Records the pet — name, species, age — and books the visit.

Doctor, dentist

Books the patient, asks what the complaint is, notes the insurance.

Car service

Takes the car in: model, plate, mileage; tells the customer when it is ready.

Construction, repair

Takes the job: type of work, area, address; agrees a start date.

Device repair

Notes the device and the fault, quotes from your price list, sets a ready-by time.

Cleaning

Takes the address and the area, books a time, sends the confirmation.

Concierge

Takes the request — when, where, how many guests — and keeps it on the order.

Hotel, rentals

Books the stay: check-in, check-out, guests, room type.

Courses, tutoring

Enrols the student, notes the level and the course, books the lesson.

Real estate

Books the viewing, records the budget and whether it is a sale or a rental.

Travel, tours

Takes the enquiry: destination, dates, travellers; holds the booking and confirms it.

Other

Your trade is not on the list: the agent runs a short interview and fills in the profile itself.

What the agent does

All of this is in the app today, not on a roadmap:

  • Answers the line. Switch on auto-answer and the agent picks up after 10, 20, 30 or 40 seconds — you pick the delay — or straight away outside your working hours. Your phone rings first, so you always get first refusal, and the agent answers on our servers, which means a customer is answered even when your phone is locked, flat or offline.
  • Takes the order at your prices. It matches the number against your customers before the first word, so a regular is greeted by name, and it quotes from your price list and nowhere else. Nothing matches — it says it will check and come back, rather than inventing a number.
  • Agrees a time only from free windows. Before naming a time it reads your schedule minus the orders already booked, and offers only what is genuinely open.
  • Confirms by SMS. When the customer says yes, the agent texts them from your Weyvox operator number (never from a connected own number) — your business name first, facts only, in their language. A missed call can send a text back automatically. About €0.15 per segment.
  • Calls out and sees it through. Checking terms, chasing a supplier, confirming a visit, following up an unpaid invoice: it gets through phone menus, waits on hold, and speaks 32 languages.
  • Takes the seat on a live call. Hand over a call you are already on with one tap, whisper to the agent while it talks, and take the call back whenever you want.
  • Writes your documents. Invoices, acts, certificates, reports and one-off contracts as finished PDFs in the chat, carrying your own details, your signature and unbroken numbering, built from templates you can edit.
  • Counts, and hands back files. It works your numbers out in code and returns the result as a file: a chart, an Excel sheet, a proposal in Word, a presentation.
  • Runs background tasks. Give it a job that takes more than one step and it plans it, researches, calls if you let it, and comes back with a checked result and a work journal you can read.
  • Remembers how you work. Its memory holds your habits and your preferences so you never explain twice — and you can read that memory, correct it or wipe it.
  • Always says it is an AI. On every call, in the first seconds, in every language. It is built in, and there is no switch to turn it off.

Business management and the team

The agent does not speak from thin air. It speaks from Business management — the part of the app you fill in once. Your business information: name, business type, description, working hours and their exceptions, terms, price list, the answers to the questions customers always ask, and what the agent may promise on its own. Your customers, with their history. Your orders, in the stages and field names of your trade, with payment tracked on its own line. Your documents: what the agent writes is archived by itself, what you upload is read once so you can ask about it later, and anything with an expiry date gets a reminder 30, 7 and 1 day ahead. Your analytics: money in, what you are owed, the average order, how many calls turned into orders. And every Monday morning the agent posts the week in numbers into your Weyvox chat — calls, how many it answered, missed ones, SMS, orders and what they came to, paid and unpaid.

If you are not working alone, add executors in Business → Team, up to ten. An executor does not register: you give them an eight-character access code, they enter it on the sign-in screen under "I have an executor code", and they are in. Three rights are yours to give or withhold — whether they see prices, whether they can mark an order paid, and whether they can use the agent. Each executor costs €10 a month, taken from your balance, and whatever they spend on the agent or on calls appears in your usage history under their name.

An executor sees only the orders you assign to them, and moves each one on with a single button in the words of your trade — "picked up", then "delivered". Customers, documents, the price list, the line and the analytics stay with you. The limits, honestly: the line does not ring several people at once, an executor does not get a number of their own, and an executor cannot place calls from the business line — tapping a number opens the phone's own dialler.

Security and privacy

Your data lives on servers in the European Union. It travels over TLS and is encrypted at rest by the storage provider, and access to it is governed by policy, not by convenience. Business data — your documents and their text, customer cards and orders, the agent's memory, the server copy of your conversations with the agent, identity documents from a number purchase — carries a further layer: it is encrypted with a Weyvox key before it is stored. That layer is not end-to-end: the agent has to read a document to answer a question about it, and it has to read an order to tell a customer when their delivery is due. Personal chats are stored on our servers without that extra layer, and are not end-to-end encrypted. People at Weyvox do not read your data; the exceptions are a lawful request and a support case you bring to us yourself.

The account is active on one phone at a time: signing in on a new phone signs the old one out, and your chats, balance, number and the agent's memory are there when you arrive. The account takes a PIN as a second factor, so a code from an SMS alone cannot open it on someone else's phone, and the app itself locks behind Face ID or a fingerprint. Every one of the agent's permissions — telephony, business management, contacts, location, personal chats — stays in your hands. No ads and no trackers.

What is stored, how it is protected and for how long it is kept is set out in the Privacy Policy and in the documentation.

Our philosophy

Technology should work for people, and you should pay for what it actually did. The app costs nothing to install, personal chats with people by phone number are free, and everything else is billed by use from a balance you top up yourself — every paid action visible in your usage history, with the name of the person on your team who spent it. Neither the app nor the agent is sold by the month: a business with thirty calls a month pays for thirty calls.

Two subscriptions exist, and you choose both yourself: a Weyvox phone number (the fee depends on the country and the number, and it is shown to you before you buy) and each executor on your team (€10 a month). Storage above the free 5 GB is metered on top, at €0.10 per GB a month. Connecting the business number you already have is a one-time €5 and carries no monthly fee at all. Every new account starts with a €5 welcome credit and €5 off its first Weyvox number. The rates are on the pricing page.

And one rule we do not treat as a feature: the agent introduces itself as an AI at the start of every call, in every language, with no way to switch it off. Voice agents calling consumers in the EU are required to do this under the AI Act from 2 August 2026 — we apply it everywhere, to every call.

The founder

Petro Solianyk — Founder and creator of Weyvox.
Built Weyvox out of the conviction that an AI assistant should not just reply in a chat, but actually get things done — answer the line, call, negotiate and see the job through to the end.
