Sole traders and small businesses of any trade — where the owner answers the phone, writes the invoices and runs the social media — people starting a business, and directors and managers who lead people (they add their staff to the team). Without a business, or a plan to start one, registration cannot be completed. Weyvox does not serve regulated finance and insurance, tobacco and vaping, or cannabis and CBD (healthcare and care — without medical records, diagnoses or medical advice); gambling, weapons and adult services are prohibited.

PriceFrom €25 a month excl. VAT
A monthly subscription, prices excluding VAT: Start — €25 a month with 2,500 credits, Business — €110 with 11,000 credits, Professional — €250 with 25,000 credits; 1 credit = €0.01 excluding VAT. Goals and a team come with Business and Professional. The plan’s credits pay for the agents’ work; once they are used up, you can buy extra credits. Paid features work with an active subscription. You pay in the app through the App Store or Google Play (they give their own receipt) or on weyvox.com, which alone gives an invoice in your company’s name. Plans, prices and credits.

Stored in the European Union

Your data is stored in the EU and used to do the work for you and for nothing else. Some providers, mainly AI ones, process it outside the EEA, mainly in the United States, only under the safeguards the GDPR requires.

Encrypted twice

Everything is encrypted in transit and at rest. Business documents, customer cards and orders, the agents’ memory and media, your posts, the server copy of your chats and identity documents are also encrypted with a separate Weyvox key: a raw copy of our database or storage is unreadable without it.

Every account kept apart

Each account’s data, and each business’s data for a team, is kept separate, and access is checked on every request. Your files are never available at a public address, and identity documents are stored apart from everything else.

Your phone is the key

An account is active on one phone at a time. A PIN adds a second factor when you sign in, and you can lock the app with your phone’s biometrics. The app’s local data is encrypted with a key that exists only on that phone.

Kept only as long as needed

Calls are not recorded as audio; the text transcript of a call an agent places from a chat is kept for 24 hours; for other calls only the call note remains. Identity documents are erased within 24 hours after the number is activated. An account whose registration is never completed is erased after 10 days.

Never sold, never used for training

We do not sell your data, there are no ads or trackers in the app, and our AI providers may not use your content to train their models.

Your data, your decision

You can see, correct, export and delete your data. Deleting your account in the app (Settings → Account) erases it. Someone who does not use Weyvox can stop our agents from calling or texting their number on the block your number page.

An agreement for your customers’ data

For your customers’ data we act as your processor: the Terms of Use include a data processing agreement under Art. 28 GDPR, and our providers are bound by equivalent obligations. The AI companies — Anthropic, OpenAI and Google — are named in the app, in the agreement Your data and AI you sign before any of your data reaches them, and in the Privacy Policy; a list of our other processors by name is available on request.

If something goes wrong

No system is perfectly secure. If a breach occurs, we will notify the CNIL and, where required, you (Arts. 33–34 GDPR). Found a vulnerability? Report it to support@weyvox.com — see our security.txt.
