# Weyvox App Map — every screen, setting, and what it controls > The complete map of the Weyvox app: all screens, every setting on them, and how each one affects the app's behaviour. This is the canonical navigation reference for AI assistants and search systems. Human-readable version: https://weyvox.com/docs/app-map/ — updated 2026-09-06. > Weyvox ships on iPhone and Android. The map describes the iPhone app, available now on the App Store (https://apps.apple.com/app/id6784939343); the Android app is in development (release planned for 2026-10-01) and follows the same screen structure. Where a system screen is named below, it is the iOS one. Weyvox is the phone line of a small business with an AI on it. The ADMINISTRATOR (the business owner) has FOUR tabs at the bottom: **Line** (your number, the agent's state and every conversation of the line — the Weyvox system chat, threads with customers' numbers, personal chats), **Weyvox** (the chat with the AI agent), **Business** (Business management: business information, customers, orders, documents, analytics, team, PDF templates) and **Settings**. Detail pages slide over these tabs. An EXECUTOR — a team member signed in with an access code — gets a reduced app of four other tabs (Chats, Weyvox, Orders, Settings), described at the end. There is no Contacts tab and no separate dialer: the dial pad is Settings → Keyboard, and every call is recorded as a call bubble in the thread of that number. ## Sign-in screen — two roles - Registration = ADMINISTRATOR (the business owner): phone number + one-time SMS code, first and last name, and ONE card with two checkboxes — "I am 18 or older" and consent to the Terms. Date of birth is optional; being 18+ is a condition (the server refuses otherwise). No email. - Under "Sign in" there is a link "I have an executor code": a team member types the 8-character access code the administrator gave them and is in — no registration, no SMS. See "The executor's app" at the end. - An account is active on ONE phone at a time: signing in on a new phone signs the old one out. Chats, balance, number and the agent's memory live on the servers and are there again after signing in. ## First run — "Line ready N of 4" The administrator's first run is a four-step wizard. Every step can be skipped ("Later"); the state is derived from the data, so the wizard resumes from the first unfinished step, and until it is complete the Line tab shows a card "Line ready N of 4 · Continue". 1. **What you do** — one of 16 business types (Concierge service, Real estate, Transport and removals, Restaurant or café, Shop, Hair salon or barber, Travel and tours, Vet clinic, Doctor or dentist, Garage, Construction and renovation, Nails and beauty, Cleaning, Hotel and accommodation, Education and courses, Appliance repair) or "Other", plus the business name. The type seeds the business profile, the price-list skeleton, the business FAQ, what the agent may promise, the words used for order stages and fields, and the extra order fields. With "Other" the agent runs a short interview in chat and fills the profile itself. 2. **Agent voice** — a ready-made voice or a clone of your own. 3. **Auto-answer** — whether the agent picks up when you do not, and after how many seconds. 4. **Your line** — buy a Weyvox number, connect your own business number, or continue without a number for now. ## Tab 1 — Line Header: your number (the Weyvox number, or the connected business number), the line's state ("Agent answers after N s", balance), the auto-answer toggle, and the first-run card while setup is unfinished. Filters: All / Calls / Unread. The list holds every conversation of the line: - **Weyvox system chat** — written by the servers, not a chat you write into: the agent's events (orders it created, call summaries and firm commitments, order and payment reminders, the Monday debtor digest, the Monday weekly report, team events — an executor joined or changed a stage), number-purchase status, task notices, top-up prompts. - **Threads of external numbers** — one per customer number: call bubbles (direction, duration, missed; the AI call note inside), the agent's notes, and "SMS to customer: «…»" cards for every SMS the agent sent to that number, with its delivery status. The thread has a call button that dials from your line, and cards of the customer and their orders (tap to open them in Business). - **Personal chats** with people, by phone number: text, photos, video, files, voice messages (up to 10 minutes), location, albums; reply, forward, reactions; edit or "delete for everyone" within 60 minutes of sending, "delete for me" any time. "+" starts a chat by number; entering your own number opens Saved messages. Free. Stored on Weyvox's servers in the EU; not end-to-end encrypted. - **Saved messages** — your notes-to-self chat. Swiping a row left deletes the chat for you (the system chat and Saved messages can only be cleared). Chat info: media, a wallpaper from your own photos, notification presets, block. A ✦ button in a chat header (while "Personal chats" is on among the agent's tools) opens the in-chat assistant: the agent sees only that conversation and answers your questions about it or places a call about it; it never writes into the chat for you. ## Tab 2 — Weyvox (the AI agent) Opening the tab shows a new-chat composer for the agent: text, attachments (photos, camera, files, location), voice messages (hold to record), and a model picker (brain — Claude Fable 5 / Opus 5 / Sonnet 5 / Haiku 4.5 — + effort level + a "Thinking" toggle; Fable 5 always thinks). Every new agent chat starts with the defaults (Sonnet 5, high effort, thinking on); the choice is stamped onto that thread. A list on the left holds the conversations with the agent (pin, delete); a ✦ button opens the agent's settings hub. ### What the agent does from chat - Answers questions, searches the web and reads pages inline. - **Places calls** on your behalf from your line: it proposes the call, the app shows a confirmation card (number + goal + Call/Cancel), you confirm, the agent dials — and it tells you the call language first (a French authority → French; your customer → their language; if it cannot tell, it asks). You can watch the live call, whisper, take over or end it. - **Writes an SMS to a customer** when you ask ("text Anna that the car is ready"): sent from your Weyvox number, shown as a card in that number's thread in the Line tab. - **Documents (PDF)** — an invoice, a statement of work, a certificate, a letter, a report or any one-off document appears as a file card ("Document ready" + name); tap to open, forward, print or save. Built on the phone from your PDF templates; anything it was not told it asks for instead of inventing; a copy is filed onto its own shelf under Business → Documents. - **Numbers, charts and Office files** — arithmetic on your money is done by running code in a server sandbox, never in its head; results can come back as a chart (PNG), an Excel sheet (.xlsx), a Word document (.docx), a PowerPoint deck (.pptx) or a simple logo (PNG + SVG). Invoices and acts with your requisites are NOT made this way — they stay on the PDF-template path. Not available on Claude Haiku 4.5. - **Agent tasks** — multi-step background jobs with a visible plan, a per-step journal and a report back in chat; managed on Settings → Agent tasks (confirm start, answer the agent's questions, pause/resume, restart, edit the plan, delete; a task can be scheduled for a future time). "Create PDF" in the task's ••• menu exports the report with every work stage or the final report only. A task dials by itself only while "Calls during tasks" is on (off by default); otherwise it prepares each call for you. - **Runs the business** — reads the business information, price list, customers, orders and documents; logs developments into orders; creates an order when a customer actually agrees to buy or book; checks the free slots before naming a time; never quotes a price outside the list and never marks anything paid. - Remembers durable facts into its memory, and uses your phone's address book to find a number to call (when those toggles are on). ## Tab 3 — Business (Business management) Seven rows, top to bottom: - **Business information** — the agent's brief in the shape of a form: business name and legal name; **Business type** (one of the 16 types or Other — changing it re-labels order stages and fields across the app); what you do and for whom; contacts; working hours with holiday exceptions; currency and payment methods; prepayment, cancellation and delivery terms; the **price list** (items with a price or a from–to range, a note, unit, duration and an active switch — the ONLY prices the agent may quote); your own **business FAQ** answers word for word; and **what the agent may promise** on its own versus leave to you. A completeness indicator, and a "Fill in from a conversation" button — the agent asks one question at a time and writes the answers itself; give it your website and it reads that. - **Customers** — a searchable base sorted by latest order; each card: contacts, tags, a note, orders and how much was actually paid, the order and call history. An inbound caller is matched by number before the agent's first word, so a returning customer is greeted by name. - **Customer orders** — the pipeline. Three working stages plus Cancelled, named in the words of your business type (default New → In progress → Done; transport "Accepted → Picked up → Delivered"; a salon "Booked → Arrived → Done"), with PAYMENT AS A SEPARATE AXIS (unpaid / partly / paid + the amount received), so a finished unpaid order stays visible as debt. An order holds the customer, line items with prices, the standard fields named for your type ("Pickup time", "Check-in" or "Appointment time" instead of "Start"; "Where to" or "Site address"), 0–3 **custom fields** the type adds (car, plate and mileage in a garage; pet name, species and age in a vet clinic; from, passengers and flight in transport), an address, a reminder, the assigned **executor**, the payment block (status, amount, method — recorded by you) and an append-only event feed with the name of whoever changed something. Dates are optional; the list filters by date with a mini calendar, and orders without a date are counted separately. Orders the agent creates are "Unconfirmed" until you confirm them. - **Documents** — the archive of the business (contracts, invoices, tax and registration papers, supplier and HR files, licences) plus the shelf of documents the agent printed. Each upload is read once — type, counterparty, number, date, amount and expiry are proposed for you to confirm — then any of them can be asked about in plain language; expiry pushes 30, 7 and 1 day ahead; a per-document switch hides one from the agent. Counts toward storage (5 GB free, then €0.10 per GB per month). Encrypted with Weyvox's own key; not end-to-end, because the agent reads them. - **Analytics** — two lenses over one period: the business (revenue received, billed, debt, order count, average cheque, new vs returning customers, top price-list items, order sources) and the agent's work (calls handled, orders taken from calls, the call-to-order conversion, minutes, tasks, spend). - **Team** — your executors. "Add executor": first name, last name, an optional phone note, and three rights that apply immediately — **sees prices** (off: amounts in their orders are hidden), **marks payment** (off: the payment status is hidden too), **uses the agent** (off: their Weyvox tab does not work; on by default). Saving shows the 8-character **access code**, which you hand over by any channel; it is the executor's login and password until you reset it or remove them. Per executor: reset the code (the old one stops working), change rights, remove from the team. A sign-in from a new device with the code sends you a notification. Up to 10 executors. €10 per month each, charged from YOUR balance at the executor's first sign-in and monthly after that; if the balance is short the executor keeps working for 7 days, then reads only until the charge goes through. - **PDF templates** — the LAST row: one template per document type — Invoice, Act, Certificate, Report, Letter — plus any number of your own. A template holds only what is stable and yours: issuer details (name, tax number, address, email, phone, logo), the bank block where the type needs one, the numbering series and last issued number, a note printed on every document of that kind, who signs, a signature drawn with a finger (kept as a vector) and a stamp (PNG or SVG, transparent). Numbers are assigned by the app, never by the agent; the PDF button prints an empty specimen; "+" creates your own template (name, when it applies, your own fields); templates are independent of one another, hold your data only, work offline, and the agent fills them itself when you tell it something that belongs there. ## Tab 4 — Settings Profile (avatar + name) on top, then rows: - **Personal information** — avatar, first/last name, birth date (optional), gender, number visibility. - **Account** — Notifications (message notifications on/off, sound, preview style: full text / name only / no preview), Saved messages, Blocked numbers, **Security** (one screen with both protections: the account **PIN** — six digits asked in addition to the SMS code when signing in on another phone, ten one-time recovery codes shown once, growing lock-outs after wrong attempts, a 7-day reset if the PIN is forgotten and no code is left; and the **App lock** — Face ID / Touch ID / fingerprint required to open the app on this phone, stored only on this phone; the PIN protects the ACCOUNT, the lock protects THIS PHONE), Tariffs (current prices by feature), Data & storage (usage by category — photos, video, audio, files, wallpapers — each with a delete button), Delete account (irreversible: deletes your data and media, releases your numbers, removes your executors), Sign out. - **App & AI language** — the interface language, and the "AI systems language" every AI feature uses by default (what the agent speaks, call notes, transcription, voice previews). - **AI agent Weyvox** — the agent's settings hub: **Agent voice** (clone your own from a short guided recording — free — or a preset voice with per-language previews), **Agent memory** (everything it remembers, by category; edit, delete, clear), **Auto-answer** (on/off; delay 10/20/30/40 s, 30 by default; "outside working hours — answer immediately"; **Missed call → SMS to customer** — when neither you nor the agent picked up, the caller gets a short SMS from your number), **Call permissions** (ask before every call placed from chat — on by default; calls during tasks — off by default), **Communication style** (how the agent talks), **Tokens for tasks** (the token budget a background task may spend), **Agent tools** — five toggles, all on by default: telephony, business management, contacts (the agent may use your phone's address book to find a number to call), location (approximate coordinates travel with your chat messages, never with calls), personal chats (the ✦ assistant inside chats). - **Agent tasks** — the task list (Beta). - **AI call note** — the note prompt: a "what to do" card and a "what is forbidden" card, plus reset to default. Controls what AI call notes focus on. - **Calendar** — your month grid and the two calendars it can read. The grid marks every day that already carries work and lists the chosen day entry by entry: orders from Weyvox, plus the busy hours from a connected calendar. Two sources, each with its own switch at the top of the screen. **Google Calendar**: connect your Google account, pick which of your calendars to use, pause or resume it, sync now, disconnect. **This phone's calendar**: one permission covers every calendar already on the phone — iCloud, Google, Outlook, a work account — and needs no Google account at all. From either source Weyvox keeps only the start and end times, never the titles of your events; your own event names are shown to you on this screen from the phone itself. The agent uses the same busy hours to avoid offering a caller a time you are already taken, and an order it accepts is written back into the connected Google Calendar as an event. Pull the list down to sync both sources at once. - **Keyboard** — the dial pad (cursor editing, long-press 0 for +); calls go out from your line. - **Balance & usage** — prepaid balance (EUR) and day-by-day spending; tap a day for the itemised operations, each with the name of who spent it (you or an executor). - **Top up balance** — amounts paid through the App Store / Google Play in-app purchase. - **Subscription** — your monthly charges: the Weyvox number (status, price, next payment date, grace-period warnings, cancel the order or delete the number), executors (€10 per month each), storage above 5 GB. - **Line** — four rows. **Phone number**: your Weyvox number — the Operator Number page, tracking of the purchase application, "Buy a new number"; the purchase flow is intro → country and number → documents (KYC where the country requires it) → payment → done, with a working temporary number for up to 25 days while the carrier reviews the main one, and a "!" badge on the tab if a document is sent back for correction. **Business number**: connect your own — number lookup (country, line type, operator) → direction (incoming, outgoing or both) → pay the one-time €5 and confirm the code sent to that number → forwarding instructions for your carrier → done; afterwards the outgoing caller-ID toggle, settings checks and disconnection. **Agent auto-answer** and **Call permissions**: the same pages as in the hub. - **About Weyvox**, **FAQ**. ## Calls — what's on the call screen Calls go through the telephone network only — from your Weyvox number (outgoing calls can show your verified business number). Buttons: **Speaker**, **Mute**, **AI note** (record-based AI note for this call), **Keypad** (DTMF for phone menus), **End call**, and **AI agent** — hand your agent the seat on the live call. With the agent in the seat a panel appears: the agent speaks in your place while you whisper private instructions the other party never hears, or you speak while the agent listens; "Take over" / "Hand back to agent" switches at any moment. Pressing Back shrinks the call to a draggable mini card so you can use the app during it; a call the agent is holding after auto-answer appears as the same mini card when you open the app. On iPhone, incoming calls ring through the native iOS call screen, including from the lock screen. ## AI call notes Per-call AI-generated summaries. Enabled with the AI note button during a call (or produced automatically by the agent when it handled the call). The note appears inside the call bubble in the thread of that number, only for the person who enabled it. What notes focus on is configurable in Settings → AI call note. ## The executor's app An executor signs in with the access code, not with a phone number, and sees four tabs: **Chats** (the Weyvox system chat with their assignments and notices, plus personal chats by number), **Weyvox** (the agent, scoped to the orders assigned to them — no purchases, balance or agent settings; the tab does not work when the "uses the agent" right is off), **Orders** (only the orders assigned to them, each with ONE button — the next stage in the words of the business type, e.g. "Picked up" → "Delivered"; prices and payment are shown only with the matching rights), **Settings** (language, notifications, **My spending** — their own agent and call spend, Sign out, **Leave team** — deletes their sub-account). They do not see customers, documents, the price list, the line, analytics or the team. To call a customer they use the phone's own dialler — calls from the business line are not available to executors (the server refuses a sub-account's call request). Their spend comes off the administrator's balance under their name. When the administrator assigns them to an order they get a push and a message; a stage they change is visible to the administrator immediately, with their name in the order's feed. ## Money model The app and the agent are not sold by the month; paid actions come off a prepaid EUR balance. Two subscriptions, both chosen by the user, plus metered storage: the Weyvox number (a monthly fee that depends on the country and the number, shown in the app before you buy; the first month is included in the purchase), each executor (€10 per month, from the administrator's balance), storage above 5 GB (€0.10 per GB). Per use: calls from the line at the per-minute rate for the country; an agent call = the line's rate + the agent's work (about €0.30 per minute); SMS to customers about €0.15 per segment (160 Latin or 70 Cyrillic characters, up to 3 segments); agent chat by the model's tokens; web search €0.05; AI call notes. One-time €5: connecting your own business number. Free: personal chats, the first voice clone (each further one €5), the first 5 GB, and the €5 welcome credit. Prices: https://weyvox.com/pricing/. Every charge is visible in Settings → Balance & usage with the name of who spent it. With an empty balance personal chats keep working and paid actions pause until a top-up.
